    • Sharinginsightful knowledge about prospective and futuristiccareers.
    • Recognizetraits that could undermine the students career success andfacilitate them to overcome these by sharing practicalstrategies.
    • Understandingboth students and parents career aspirations and guidingaccordingly.
    • Guidingstudents about relevant institutions scholarship programs andinternshipoptions.
    • Conductinggroup student and parent workshops for building awareness aboutcareers and educationalpathways.
    • Provideinsight on useful coursework and degree programs supporting thestudents careeraspirations.
    • Drawpractical strategies for students to help them develop both hardand soft skills required for aspiredjobs.
    • RecruitInduct train mentor engage and retain parttime career counselorswith excellent skills to provide career counseling and guidance tostudents and careerseekers.
    • Guideparttime career counselors to deliver career counseling sessions tostudents and career seekers as per the counseling and guidancedelivery guidelines and definedstandards.
    • Participatein the career counseling delivery sessions by parttime careercounselors for supervision and management of the performances bythecounselors.
    • Carryout various tasks as required for the delivery of the careercounseling and guidanceservices.

    JobRequirements

    DesiredExperience Range: 710 years in career counseling of school andcollege students as well as youngprofessionals

    EducationalQualifications: MA Psychology/MA Education or M.Ed. (withspecialization in Career Counseling)/ PG Diploma in CareerCounseling / MBA with a specialization in HR and with the requisiteexperience
