    1. DishwashingandCleaning:
    • Operatedishwashing equipment to clean dishes utensils and kitchenequipment.
    • Ensure all items are thoroughlycleaned and sanitized according to health and safetystandards.
    • Hand wash delicate items asneeded.
    1. KitchenOrganization:
    • Assistin organizing and storing kitchen supplies utensils andequipment.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderlinessin storage areas.
    • Rotate and restock inventoryas directed by the kitchenteam.
    1. WasteManagement:
    • Disposeof kitchen waste and recyclables in an environmentally friendlymanner.
    • Monitor and manage waste disposal areasensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitationregulations.
    1. AssistKitchenStaff:
    • Supportkitchen staff by transporting food items ingredients and suppliesbetween storage and work areas.
    • Assist in basicfood preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or preparinggarnishes.
    1. EquipmentMaintenance:
    • Reportany malfunctioning kitchen equipment to the appropriatepersonnel.
    • Clean and maintain kitchen equipmentincluding ovens grills andfryers.
    1. Cleaningof DiningAreas:
    • Cleanand sanitize tables chairs and other dining areafurniture.
    • Monitor and replenish cleaningsupplies in diningareas.
    1. TeamCollaboration:
    • Workcollaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smoothoperation.
    • Communicate effectively with teammembers to address needs andconcerns.
    1. Adherenceto Health and SafetyStandards:
    • Followall health and safety guidelines including proper use of personalprotective equipment.
    • Report any safety hazardsor incidentspromptly.
    1. ShiftClosingDuties:
    • Assistin endofshift cleaning and closingprocedures.
    • Ensure all kitchen and dining areasare in readiness for the nextshift.
    Requirements:
    • Previousexperience in a similar steward or kitchen support role isadvantageous.
    • Basic knowledge of kitchenhygiene and safety practices.
    • Ability to workin a fastpaced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail andcleanliness.
    • Physical ability to stand forextended periods and lift heavyobjects.
    • Effective communication skills and acooperative attitude.
    • Willingness to followinstructions and learn new tasks.
    • Flexibilityto work evenings weekends and holidays asneeded.
