Job Overview

We are seeking a Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostel in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in hostel administration and possess good communication skills. This is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in hostel administration is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and conflicts
• Good organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hostel facilities
• Supervise and provide support to hostel staff
• Ensure the safety and security of all residents
• Handle hostel admissions, registrations, and check-ins
• Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints
• Organize and oversee hostel events and activities
• Maintain records and prepare reports on hostel operations
• Collaborate with the management team to improve hostel services
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
