Job Description :
As a Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its core functionalities and modules.
Portal Customization: Customize and enhance the ServiceNow portal to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements.
Orchestration Activities: Design and implement orchestration activities to automate complex workflows and integrate disparate systems within the ServiceNow environment.
Scripting Knowledge: Utilize scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript to develop custom solutions and extend the functionality of ServiceNow.
Import/Export Activities: Manage import/export activities within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.
Request Fulfillment Process: Design and optimize the Request Fulfillment Process within ServiceNow, focusing on improving request handling and fulfillment efficiency.
Workflow/Flow Designer: Leverage workflow and flow designer concepts to design and implement automated processes and approvals within :
Bachelor's /Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a software engineer with a focus on ServiceNow development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and scripting languages tailored for ServiceNow development.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Experience customizing and extending the ServiceNow portal to meet specific business requirements.
Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration activities within ServiceNow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred but not required.
