Overview:

As a MedicalOncologist (DM/DNB) at our organization you will play a criticalrole in providing comprehensive care to cancer patients. You willbe responsible for evaluating and treating patients with varioustypes of cancers developing personalized treatment plans andcollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the bestpossible outcomes for patients.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Evaluating anddiagnosing patients with cancer
• Developingindividualized treatment plans based on patients medical historytype of cancer and stage
• Administeringchemotherapy immunotherapy and targetedtherapy
• Monitoring patients progress andadjusting treatment plans asnecessary
• Participating in and overseeingclinical trials and research studies
• Providingcompassionate and comprehensive care to patients and theirfamilies
• Collaborating with surgeons radiationoncologists and other specialists to coordinatecare
• Participating in tumor board meetings andcase discussions
• Participating in educationalactivities and mentoring junior staff
• Keepingabreast of latest developments in the field ofoncology

RequiredQualifications:

• DM or DNB in MedicalOncology
• Valid medical license to practice as aMedical Oncologist
• Proven experience indiagnosing and treating patients withcancer
• Strong understanding of cancer biologyand treatment modalities
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Abilityto work effectively in a multidisciplinaryteam
• Keen interest in participating in clinicalresearch and trials
• Commitment to ongoingmedical education and professionaldevelopment
• Board certification in MedicalOncology is preferred
• Experience in palliativecare and endoflife discussions is a plus
• Strongorganizational and time managementskills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced andhighpressure environment
• Adherence to ethicaland professional standards in patientcare
• Ability to demonstrate empathy andcompassion towards patients and theirfamilies
• Proficiency in relevant software andelectronic health recordsystems
