Job summary
The Senior Associate - Order to Cash (OTC) Collections will be part of the Order to Cash team and be responsible for the Collections process for designated OSTTRA product lines.- This position requires someone with a passion who can independently work with Sales, Business Heads/Leads and clients directly to build a professional relationship to optimize the collection process to match the industry standard.
