Roles & Responsibilities:
3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
4. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
9. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
12. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
13. Any other incidental work in HRM.
Requirements:
1. Graduation / Post graduation with Min.
8-9 years of experience in handling similar position and Functional area (Strong foundation in 3 PL operations setup will be an added advantage).
