    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a passion for the beverage industry to lead our marketing efforts in Lucknow, India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive our brands forward.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Brand Strategies (10%): Lead the creation and implementation of effective strategies for retail and wholesale that elevate our brand presence.
    • Product Promotion and Inventory Management (10%): Manage promotional items, ensuring optimal inventory levels and logistics to enhance brand visibility.
    • International Market Analysis (10%): Collaborate with Licensing and Apparel teams to select premium items that appeal to our international markets, optimizing sales volumes.
    • Effective Communication (10%): Utilize strong oral communication skills to interact with teams, external customers, and vendors, conveying policies, practices, and procedures clearly.
    • Event Execution and Brand Activation (10%): Plan and execute events across sports and cultural scenes, establishing key consumer targets.
    • Build and Maintain Key Relationships (10%): Cultivate relationships with local opinion leaders across sports, music, and culture, bringing innovative brand activation ideas to life.
    • Social Media Growth (10%): Increase our brand's social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Twitter through engaging promotions and activities.
    • Leverage Events for Brand Visibility (10%): Utilize global, national, and regional events to align with the local market business plan, maximizing branding opportunities.
    • Sampling Operations and Budget Management (10%): Conduct large-scale product sampling at events, efficiently managing the assigned budget for maximum impact.
    • Ensure Branding Compliance (10%): Oversee the use of branding and logos at events and activations, ensuring all materials are approved and meet our high standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the beverage industry.
    • Demonstrable success in brand and product promotion, event management, and social media engagement.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage budgets and work collaboratively across teams.
