    Crafting and executing strategic plans to enhance HR operations and offering adept support to top management and business leadership in HR and IR matters.


    • Enhancing employee productivity to bolster plant margins.
    • Devising talent acquisition and retention strategies to expedite hiring processes and reduce costs.
    • Leading initiatives in performance management, rewards, training, and engagement, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations throughout the employee life cycle.
    • Orchestrating manpower planning for Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions, including forecasting, rationalization, and secondary planning.
    • Coordinating manpower requirements for both permanent and contract labor in alignment with production schedules.
    • Managing departmental budgets, encompassing workforce and auxiliary services.
    • Cultivating harmonious Union-Management relations to mitigate industrial disputes and maintain operational continuity.
    • Upholding budgetary discipline to enhance efficiency and adhere to regulatory norms.
    • Collaborating with Talent Management to facilitate comprehensive training programs across all levels.
    • Spearheading Employee Health and Safety initiatives at the plant.
