Roles andResponsibilities:Developing and designing products and systems based on customerrequirements and industrystandards.
Undertake design ofStructural parts Composites Sheet metal and plastics parts withrespect to galley design
Createtrolleys design and Inserts (Oven Beverage Maker etc.) used inGalleys
Drafting and implementingchanges arising from production with quickTAT.
Maintaining specificationsdrawings and technical manuals
Troubleshooting designrelated issues and making necessarychanges
Staying up to date withindustry trends and new technologies and implementing newdesigns

Requirements

Experience on Catia V5 proficient in part design surface Sheetmetal Drafting & Assembly workbenches
Experience on Structural partsComposites Sheet metal and plastics parts with respect to galleydesign knowledge on trim andfinishes.
Experience on trolleysdesign and Inserts (Oven Beverage Maker etc.) used inGalleys
Basic Knowledge onplumbing design and electricalHarness.
Hands on experience withECR and Change Order process.
Expert in Drafting and implementing changes arising from productionwith quick TAT.
Experience on PLMtools preferably SmarTeam.
Wellversed in Domain seats /Cabins
