Job description:

• Skills/Ownership:
• User Support: Assisting end users by addressing concerns and troubleshooting issues.
• Feature request development: Gathering user feedback to design, prioritise and implement new enhancements and functionalities within the app.
• Application Support: Maintaining, monitoring, and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Understanding of the data landscape and use case business context/logic as needed.
• Manage the technical documents and updates as per any change
• Specifically, for technical issues:
• Understanding of PySpark: it's crucial for the DevOps engineer to possess a strong understanding of PySpark. This will allow them to efficiently assess and troubleshoot any related problems.
• Having expertise in PySpark would ensure that the team can manage code-heavy tasks independently and effectively.
• Competency in Foundry apps like Workshop and Slate.
