    Your role and goals

    As a Website Manager, your responsibility will be overseeing and maintaining Productsup's website. This role is an itegral part of our fast-growing marketing team and we view it as an essential component of strengthening our position as a market leader. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our website and deliver results while working with the rest of the team on how to optimize the existing website and create new lead driving and conversion optimised pages for our campaigns.

    In your first 3 months you will:

    • You will join our top notch onboarding program where you will learn all about your new colleagues, the company, our strategy and goals, our products, our clients where we are very proud of, your first priorities to have a good start and the great tools we use to make our life easier.
    • We will introduce you to our current setup of our Website platform and train you on necessary tools. We will prepare a good handover to get you started.
    • Complete a thorough assessment of our Productsup website: technical set-up, CMS, competition and gap analysis in order to make recommendations how to improve the status of our current website
    • Manage landing page creation and optimization for our online marketing campaigns and conversion rate optimization of new and existing pages
    • Generate ideas for new functionality on the website and managing their implementation by a web developer

    In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

    • Own the site's technical functionality, code and content, including responding to and troubleshooting all website issues
    • Be responsible for ensuring all digital activities comply with relevant legal and web accessibility requirements, and ensure quality and efficiency by conducting a regular test plan
    • Select experimentation tooling & set up an experimentation program to drive continuous improvements in terms of user experience and conversion rates
    • Assist the performance marketing team with PPC campaigns on Google and/or LinkedIn
    • Analyze and regularly report on website performance, leveraging the relevant toolset and developing tactical next steps to optimize the performance
    • Create a roadmap for for the website development
    • Work with internal stakeholders (PR, HR, IT, and our programs and performance marketing teams) on handling page creation and optimization
    • Work with our web developer to improve technical / structural aspects of the website, if & when needed

    What you bring to the team

    • 4+ years of coding or website manager experience
    • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3
    • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
    • Knowledge of Contentful or similar CMS
    • Expertise in UX/UI and CRO
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image-processing software
    • Proficient in one or more programming languages
    • Fluency in English
