    Weare looking for a highly creative and analytical Paid MediaAssociate. You will be responsible for ideating and executing adsacross various platforms. Your central goal is to help generatequality leads across all digital advertising platforms and managethe mediabudget.


    Ourideal candidate is someone with experience in Digital Marketingwith a strong hand in Paid Media. In addition to being a greatcommunicator you will also demonstrate excellent analytical skillsfor continuous datadrivenoptimization.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developexecute manage and analyse all aspects of the company s paidmarketing strategy across the following channels: Google YoutubeFacebook &Instagram.
    • Createand manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search Display Video) FacebookAds Manager Bing Ads Quora Ads & Linkedin AdsManager.
    • Doconsumer profiling to define Target Audience & drawConsumer insights & map digital touchpoints for all PaidMediaChannels.
    • Writeand test strong ad copies/content for allplatforms.
    • Beproficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets for any type ofdatabase cleaning before uploading them to the Facebook customaudience.
    • Monitorand analyze crosschannel (Google Facebook Instagram Bing etc)tracking & conversions in our CRM to optimize media buyingand identify new growthopportunities.
    • Monitorand analyze metrics on all channels (Google Facebook Instagram Bingetc) to track campaign performance targets and goals includingproviding detailed ROI analysis and forecasting based on the Adspends.
    • Givinga brief to the designer on how the creative/video will look for anypaid mediachannel.
    • Ideateand strategize landing page content for lead generation andads.
    • Havea knack for onpage and offpage SEO & an overallunderstanding of DigitalMarketing.


    Requirements

    • ADegree or Course in Digital Marketing ispreferred.
    • Excellentcontrol on Keyword Bidding Ad copywriting Remarketing Keywordmatchtype strategies & Landing pagetesting.
    • Stronganalytical background with a great understanding of GoogleAnalytics
    • Goodwith numbers & logic (not math) to reverse calculate spendsbased on goals for mediabuying.
    • Preferredto have basic knowledge of WordPress Email & SMS Marketing& Marketing Automation onCRMs.

    Eligibility:

    • Minimum12 years of experience in Adsexecution
    • Comfortableworking from the officeMumbai


    A Degree or Course in Digital Marketing is preferred. Excellentcontrol on Keyword Bidding, Ad copywriting, Re-marketing, Keywordmatch-type strategies & Landing page testing. Strong analyticalbackground, with a great understanding of Google Analytics Goodwith numbers & logic (not math) to reverse calculate spendsbased on goals for media buying. Preferred to have basic knowledgeof WordPress, Email & SMS Marketing & Marketing Automationon CRMs. Eligibility: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Adsexecution Comfortable working from the office Mumbai
