Description
Duties:
Develop product requirements and marketing programs for capitalequipment instruments
and disposables for use in stoneand soft tissue management procedures
Establish newproduct introductions including strategic positioning pricingpromotion
training and education programs
Plan and coordinate execution of local commercial launches; drivecapital equipment sales
along with collaborative effortsfor disposables (fibers)
Develop plans for tradeshowsclinical events and user meetings
Develop and executetraining programs for sales &; marketing and clinical educationto local
distributors with support from firm MedicalsHQ
Identify and manage local distributors
Forecasting budgeting and monitoring businessactivities.
Reporting business updates to firm MedicalHQ weekly
Coordinate technical service issues with firmlocal service department and firm Medical HQ.
Coordinateregulatory affairs production R&D and clinical between localand firm Medical
HQ.
Recruit and manage localKey Opinion Leaders to support marketing and clinicalinitiatives
such as speaking engagements productbenchmark studies testimonials and training
workshops
India as the primary workterritory
ExperienceNeeded:
510 years sales and marketingexperience in Urology capital equipment or similarmedical
field in India China and/or South EastAsia
Personal direct sales experience of medical devicesto hospitals and private offices
Forecasting andbudgeting
Working with medical and scientific opinionleaders
Familiar with clinical studies and regulatoryapprovals for medical devices
Bachelor& degree inbusiness or engineering disciplines
PersonalCharacteristics:
A proven performer andselfstarter
Ability to communicate clearly and conciselyboth in writing and verbally; comfortable with
bothformal and extemporaneous presentations.
Technically andclinically proficient in the laser medical field or with hightechmedical
devices
Confidence in discussingproducts and applications with medicalprofessionals
