    PositionOverview:

    Weare seeking a talented Software Engineer withexpertise inmachine learning to join our newly formed Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Machine Learning (ML) team. As a Software Engineer youwill play an importantrole in supporting the AI and ML ComputerVision lead in training ML models and help them create trainingdatasets labeland annotate these data sets for ongoing trainingfeedback andinference. There will be ampleopportunities to create computer visionmodels touching some of the clients most vitalprocesses.



    Requirements

    • Designimplement andoptimize machinelearning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in variousdomains such as natural language processing (NLP) computer visionand predictive analytics.
    • Developand maintainmachine learning solutions using PythonPyTorchTensorFlow and other relevant frameworks andlibraries.
    • ApplyNLP techniques to extract valuable insights from unstructured andstructured data sources.
    • Developand implement NLP models for tasks such as language understandingsentiment analysis and informationextraction.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including data scientists softwareengineers and domain experts to understand requirements and deliverscalable AI/ML solutions.
    • Conductdata analysis and statistical modeling to derive actionableinsights and drive datadriven decisionmakingprocesses.
    • Stayupdated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies andmethodologies and proactively apply them to enhance existingsolutions and develop newcapabilities.
    • Documentand communicate technical concepts project plans and resultseffectively to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in computer science AI&ML Data Science or arelated field.
    • Provenexperience in creating training data sets labeling and annotatingdata sets for Machine Learningprojects.
    • Strongunderstanding of machine learning algorithms techniques andframeworks.
    • Proficiencyin Python or similar programming language needed for MachineLearning.
    • Experiencewith machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow orPyTorch..
    • Solidknowledge of data preprocessing feature engineering and modelevaluation techniques.
    • Familiaritywith any cloudplatforms like AWS or GCP and experience deploying and managingmodels.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to thinkcritically and creatively to solve complex businessproblems.
    • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability toeffectively convey technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.

    • Experienceworking on AI and ML projects in a professionalsetting.
    • Familiaritywith data visualization tools and techniques for communicatingmachine learning results
