- Hiring excellent individuals who align with the organization's culture.
- Running new hire training programs for smooth onboarding.
- Contributing to HR projects and collaborating with other departments.
- Continuously learning the new HR processes and adapting the industry's best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and staffing agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow legal guidelines when selecting candidates.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10000 stipend per month
