- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues
- Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between
- Make trevel arrangements for the sales team when needed
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering allinbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- Responsible for timely remittance of sales team travel expenses in coordination of accounts department
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request
- Responsible for scheduling training activities and successful training completion of sales team as and when required
- Responsible for providing all promational material to the sales team,
- The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' experience in sales related role
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
