- Minimum of 3-7 years UCC Platform experience(UCC Voice, Network, Email, Teams, etc.)
- Experience in L2 Support.
- Solid general IT knowledge in areas such as MS Teams, Client Side Applications, Email and Email Synching, Webchat, etc.. (UCC Systems) as well as exposure to Network, IT Infrastructure (Servers, Clients, etc.) and other peripheral environments
- Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies, in expanding their knowledge of the eGain UCC ecosystem.
- CCNA Certification or Collaboration Course is must
