    • Analyze historical demand data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
    • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through model refinement and optimization.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in demand forecasting methodologies and technologies.
    • Communicate forecasting results and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data science team.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate forecasting models into supply chain planning systems.
