    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management
    • Experience with the SaaS industry is a must
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
    • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and NPS/CSAT scores.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
    • Knowledge of SaaS products and technology preferred.
    • Hands-on experience in Stakeholder Management
