About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative social media manager to manage our brand's social presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple accounts, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives.
Manage daily posting schedules, content calendars, and campaign rollouts.
Check our website traffic and manage SEO on a regular basis.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Respond to audience interactions, comments, and queries to maintain strong community engagement.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Assist in executing paid campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Oversee influencer collaborations, outreach, and campaign execution.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Ability to write compelling and concise copy.
Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and aesthetics.
Experience in coordinating with designers, videographers, and content creators.
