    Overview: The GlobalBusiness Services (GBS) Manager is a key leadership roleresponsible for overseeing the strategic direction operations andcontinuous improvement of the organizations global businessservices. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiencystandardization and service excellence across various functions andgeographies.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Drivesales pipeline and independently develop proposals related tofinance multifunction Global Business Services (GBS) and OperatingModel design toimplementation
    • Leadintelligent client conversations to drive Operating Model GBS andShared Services engagements acrossclients
    • Work withleading global clients to deliver projects related to endtoendOperating Model GBS design Shared Services Location study andassessment design and blueprint implementation includingtransition.
    • Experience in processmaturity assessment and transformation across finance processeslike OTC AP andRTR
    • Ability to manageproject execution and manage client conversations during assessmentdesign implementation and statusreporting
    • Lead theproblem solution design and implementation ensuring high qualityand adhering to the timelines and definedbudget.
    • Define costtransformation/savings initiatives create value cases set upmechanisms to control and monitor savings; and createimplementationplans.
    • Ability todrive largescale Project Management and Change managementinitiatives during the life cycle of theproject
    • Ability toshape pointofview and differentiated assets to augment businessscenarios and models GBS blueprint solutions location assessmentmodels transition toolkitsetc.
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree inbusiness administration finance or a related field; Masters degreepreferred.
    • Proven experience 8 years in aglobal business services leadership role with a strong track recordof delivering operationalexcellence.
    • Demonstrated expertise in changemanagement driving transformations and leading large teams in aglobal environment.
    • Strong understanding ofshared services outsourcing and captive operationsmodels.
    • Exceptional leadership interpersonaland communication skills to effectively engage and influencestakeholders at all levels.
    • Deep knowledge ofprocess optimization lean principles and continuous improvementmethodologies.
    • Strategic mindset with theability to align GBS objectives with broader businessgoals.
    • Experience in driving technologyadoption and digital transformation within GBSfunctions.
    • Proven ability to navigate complexorganizational structures and build strong crossfunctionalrelationships.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills are needed to drive datadriven decisionmakingand performanceimprovements.
