    About thejob:

    The ideal candidate will beresponsible for building and maintaining a strong b2b salespipeline in Jewellery industry. You will do so by identifying keybusiness opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will beto meet or exceed our annual targets and increase our revenue.Responsibilities:
    • Buildpipeline and maintain longterm relationships with Jewelleryretailers.
    • Manage allSales Operations by coordinating with various internal departmentsand servicing all retail jewellers who are part of the businessprograms
    • Collaboratewith sales leader in the organisation and support him withorganising training programs for Sales staff of Jewellery retailersensuring Point of sale materials are sent to all retailers ensuringthat social media posts and other marketing materials are executedon time.
    • Sourceinformation from all stakeholders and maintain proper MIS anddeliver weekly and monthly reports to managementteam
    • Attend Tradeshows and manage company and associate booths and generateleads
    • Build andmaintain proper database of jewellers and follow processes of salespipeline

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree or equivalentexperience
    • 5 years ofsales experience in Gem and Jewellery b2bbusiness
    • Provenhistory meeting or exceeding targets and efficient operationsmanagement

    • Theoffice is located at Phoenix Paragon Plaza Phoenix Marketcity KurlaWest Mumbai
    • Officetimings are 10.30am to 6.30pm 5day week Saturday and Sunday areholidays
    • Salary is 50kto 75k net in hand monthly.
