Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Develop and optimize formulations for nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and functional foods, ensuring stability, taste, bioavailability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct product testing and sensory evaluation while working with ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, botanicals, proteins, amino acids, probiotics, sweeteners, and functional excipients.
• Perform lab-scale trials and assist in scaling formulations to pilot and commercial production batches.
• Support formulation transfer to production and troubleshoot process challenges during scale-up and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including FSSAI, US FDA, EFSA, and other applicable global nutraceutical guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain formulation documentation, technical dossiers, and product development reports.
• Research emerging trends, novel ingredients, and technologies in the nutraceutical industry.
• Provide technical inputs to the business development team for client requirements and custom projects.
• Collaborate with quality, production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and commercial viability.
