Role: Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Selenium Java to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in QA and a proven track record of developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for applications using Selenium, Java , Appium and API testing tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, analyse, and troubleshoot defects and issues in mobile applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for mobile applications. Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to ensure optimal test coverage and test efficiency.
• Monitor test results, generate test reports, and communicate test status to stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation scripts and test plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Automation testing, with a strong focus on selenium and API testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools, such as Appium, Selenium, and JUnit.
• Experience with test management tools, such as TestRail or Jira.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
