Preferred Location : Kolkata, West Bengal

Candidate Profile :

• 7-10 years' experience in commodity trading with a focus on Met Coal and/or Met Coke
• Knowledgeable about the steel and metallurgical industry in India.
• Knowledgeable in the steel making and metallurgical processes.
• Expertise in import and export documentation
• Experienced in logistics of dry bulk commodities.
• Familiar with statistical data and analysis
• Networked within the industry.
• Able and willing to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in sales of Met Coal and/or Met Coke.
• Fluent in mainstream Indian languages, English. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, business, or engineering. Additional qualifications in trading or finance are a plus.
• Previous experience in commodity trading, preferably in metallurgical coke or related commodities, with a strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
