    Description

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    • With overall design authority on a project, provide expert knowledge on the development of technical solutions.
    • Ensure the technical architecture and technologies meet requirements.
    • Participate on the documentation and best practice governance for all code deliveries.
    • Participate and can lead in meetings with stakeholders and the project team.
    • Ensure adherence to applicable standards (corporate, industry, national and international).
    • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the project team.
    • Actively participate in hands-on design, development and testing on projects.
    • Take responsibility for the quality of the technical deliverables of the project.
    • Co-ordinate design activities, promoting discipline to ensure consistency across the project.

    Essential Competencies

    • Must have minimum 6-7 years of relevant Salesforce technical experience, including integrations and managing technical resources.
    • Fluent in spoken English and able to take part in meetings and discussions.
    • Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycles, tools and methods to support seamless deployments, including refresh cycles and overall environment management.
    • Proactive personality and able to work autonomously.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Good team player.
    • Ability to work at detailed and abstract levels.
    • Ability to directly line manage a team of engineers and work with third party vendors as required.
    • Keen interest in researching updates from Salesforce and keeping on top of new feature releases.
    • Track record of delivering commitments on time and quality.

    Requirements

    Salesforce development tools including LWC, Visualforce, Apex and other tools with supporting up to date certifications 6+ Yrs

    Technical team management including development and career growth 2+ Yrs

    API, REST services, Javascript and experience with integrations to corporate web sites and bespoke solutions 2+ Yrs
