    Job Title: Tele Callers

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a Tele Caller to boost our sales by communicating with possible customers. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Initiating phone conversations with prospective candidates.
    • Using a tele-sales script to handle the students efficiently.
    • Intensely following up with the prospects and sales within the sales cycle.
    • Diligently communicating and nurturing the leads through the channels like email, Whatsapp , SMS, call, etc.,
    • Answering to customer's questions in regards to products and services.
    • Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
    • Monitoring self performance at all time will also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale etc.

    Skills and Abilities

    • To be able to provide the best tele-calling experience, you must know how do convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.
    • Exceptional communication and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm.
    • Result driven with experience of extremely target centric job.
    • Confident and preserving risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment.
    • Preference will be given to experienced candidates with a proven track record.

    Reports to : Sales Manager or Head- Admissions

    Compensations and Benefits: Salary Ranges between 1.2 lpa - 2.4 lpa + attractive incentives

    Office Timings: 9.30AM - 6.30PM, Mon-Sat
