    Delivery Manager Role:

    What you need to do

  • Delivery of multiple and large/small scale digital marketing solution implementation and transformation projects across geographies using Agile methodologies. To lead a team of resources to efficiently implement Adobe's digital marketing solutions.
  • Experience in driving and leading multi-stage projects that direct efficient use of resources, and improved cost management through business transformation & technology.
  • Experience in dealing with senior partners across geographies working in a complex matrix environment.
  • Fostering and developing talent who help clients optimize their digital assets and unlock value in the areas of commerce, content, and marketing for global clients across various industry segments.
  • Governing delivery excellence for complex large/small scale digital platform, by setting project quality & performance standards, governing risks and issues, handling client customer concerns & directly mentoring and handling the team.
  • Structuring and managing projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers.
  • Deliver project scope successfully with high quality, within approved timelines and budget and experience of delivering fixed prices and T&M projects.
  • Expertise in setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery models.
  • Ability and expertise in handling Systems Integrator (SI)
  • Support project estimation process with key contributors to help define scope and prepare statements of work, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs.
  • SME on the Digital Marketing Tools such as of Digital Marketing technologies and tools such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing and e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing is required.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience of managing large programs, preferably delivering large enterprise-based applications built using Adobe Experience Cloud products and solutions with overall years of experience.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum based delivery of engagements.
  • High attention to detail, planning, thoroughness, innovative thinker
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets and trends is required.
  • Experience in delivering engagements using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions namely Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, risks, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, superb organisational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
  • Ability to influence and interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Good in prioritisation, time management, and has excellent follow through skills.
  • Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience of managing teams in an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of one of the following: Web Content management solutions and processes, Online Analytics solutions, Digital Marketing Campaign solutions
  • Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification and demonstrated rigor in project management best practices.
  • Experience with creating proposals and presenting offers in response to RFPs and/or RFIs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
