    Key Qualifications and Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce development and configuration, particularly with Sales Cloud, is essential. Experience with Health Cloud is a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of custom objects, Visual Force pages, Flows, APEX classes, triggers, batch processes, web services, APIs, test coverage classes, and JavaScript.
    • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling, including SOQL, SOSL, and SQL query language.
    • Proficiency in the Salesforce Dev Console, Data Loader, Work Bench, and Eclipse IDE.
    • Experience designing, developing, and configuring customized solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, and Communities using various APIs.
    • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Sites.
    • Certification as a Platform Developer II or equivalent experience.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations, and Application Development.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

    Desired Skills:

    • The ability to effectively gather, understand, and document complete and accurate business requirements.
    • The capacity to coordinate the execution and testing of CRM-related functionality.
    • The skill to think critically and design flexible and scalable solutions.
    • An understanding of SDLC/Agile processes for delivered and custom-developed software.
    • Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator Certification is a plus.
    • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities:
    This position involves contributing as a Salesforce Developer to drive value-added performance improvements.
