    Description

    Looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in test data to fulfill data requests and help identify prospects for improvement and automation/development as it relates to test data needs. Tasks include collaborating with impacted application and business teams to understand data requirements, assisting with the development of data strategies and rapid completion of project data needs. Must be able to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and be self-managed and motivated.

    Technical Requirements:

    Strong knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Micro service API architecture

    Knowledge in Mainframe/AS400

    Strong knowledge in REST API, POST MAN

    SQL, JCL, No-SQL, Mongo DB, DB2

    Cloud Environment: AWS, Open Shift

    Experience of Automated Testing

    Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for designing strategies for projects/programs as assigned, including a consolidated data approach to thoroughly test the logic and handoffs that support E2E business flow(s).
    2. Fulfill incoming test data requests.
    3. Identify automation opportunities and participate/create solution design.
    4. Design, Develop, Implement and report the benefits of the implementation/Automation
    5. Promotes cross-functional communication and advocates continuous improvement
    6. Participates in lessons learned sessions and help implement best practices.

    Qualifications:

    1. 5+ years experience in relational and non-relational databases and Automation testing
    2. Strong technical and analytical skills.
    3. Ability to work with requestors to translate high level or vague specifications into a clear data strategy to support project/program testing.
    4. Functions well in a large-scale, highly complex, dynamic cross-functional work environment
    5. Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads and meet assignment deadlines
    6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for constant learning.
    7. Knowledge of Health industry/PBM a plus.
    8. Ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships across the company.
    9. Strong customer service focus & facilitation skills.
    10. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.
    11. Jira knowledge a plus
