Job Title: Pre-Primary Mother Teacher (CBSE)

Department: Pre-Primary / Kindergarten Wing

Reporting To: Pre-Primary Coordinator / Principal

Location: Narayana Etechno School, Trichy

Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for the Pre-Primary section (Nursery, LKG, UKG) following the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and early childhood education standards. The teacher will be responsible for nurturing young learners and supporting their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through play-based and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Develop foundational skills in pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, phonics, and motor skills.
• Use play-way, Montessori-inspired, and experiential learning methods.
• Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, crafts, and learning materials.
• Monitor and record students' developmental progress.
• Maintain student portfolios and assessment records.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and emotional well-being of children.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development.
• Organize celebrations, storytelling sessions, rhymes, and creative activities.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and support staff.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori Training, or D.El.Ed.
• 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting (preferred).

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
