Role and Responsibilities:

• Candidates should open to work in Evening and night shift + rotational weekly off.
• Candidate should be able to speak French fluently.
• Should have good level of Oral comprehension, reading ability and reading comprehension skills.
• Candidate should be able to achieve daily calls and sales targets.
• Candidate should be willing to work from office.
• Candidate should not have any long leave request within 3 months of joining.
• Candidate should be able to work as bilingual.
• Candidate should be able to Meet client expectation and process metrics.
• Should be immediate joiner.
• Candidate should be flexible to move in different LOBS (inbound or Outbound) as per internal process requirements.
