    Job Summary:

    As a Business Development Executive at , you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through various channels, with a primary focus on email and cold emailing strategies. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
    • Visit Clients with Delhi or within India
    • Build and maintain a database of leads.
    • Develop and implement cold emailing campaigns to engage with prospects effectively.
    • Create compelling and personalized email templates.
    • Send targeted emails to generate interest and responses from prospects.
    • Monitor and track email campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects.
    • Follow up leads to scheduled meetings, product demos, or consultations.
    • Maintain a consistent and professional line of communication.
    • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Track and report on the progress of leads through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Use market insights to refine the sales approach and strategies.
    • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience with email marketing and cold emailing techniques.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus.
