- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in the installation and commissioning of pharma water systems
- Ensure that all systems meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to ensure smooth and efficient installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during installation and commissioning
- Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work performed
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the installation and commissioning of pharma water systems
- Strong knowledge of Ro EDI, HSRO EDI, DM, and distribution systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry regulations
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software
