Requirements:

• Proven years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of fintech operations, including payment processing, compliance, and risk management.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across all operational functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and risk management, to improve operational workflows and processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing necessary controls and protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
