    BASIC SKILLS

    • Practical experience in designing and deploying WebApps and APIs using Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django)
    • Proficiency in SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and at least one NoSQL database
    • Commitment to quality: conducting design and code reviews, implementing thorough testing (system/performance)
    • Contribution to the entire software development lifecycle, including defining completion criteria based on business needs and architectural enhancements
    • Mentoring a team of 3 or more individuals, encompassing both novice and seasoned engineers
    • Familiarity with dependency management tools like virtual environments
    • Understanding of REST principles and Microservices architecture
    • Ability to perform root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for intricate business processes and features
    • Capacity to assess code for quality and adherence to best practices, while advocating for coding, testing, and deployment excellence through hands-on exploration and demonstrations
    • Proficiency in version control and branching strategies
    • Comfort with agile methodologies, user story creation, and task breakdown

    ADVANCED SKILLS

    • Knowledge of design patterns and capability to architect a modular platform
    • Understanding of application security principles and awareness of potential security vulnerabilities
    • Strong grasp of software development best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI), with familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
