Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech/Non-IT) to join our HR team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bulk hiring, sales hiring, marketing hiring, leadership hiring, and niche hiring . You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring an efficient hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Bulk Hiring: Effectively handle mass hiring requirements for sales and marketing teams.
• Leadership & Niche Hiring: Identify and recruit top-tier candidates for key leadership and specialized roles.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels to source high-quality talent.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
• Employer Branding: Represent Thrillophilia at job fairs, networking events, and other platforms to enhance employer branding.

Key Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in bulk hiring for sales, marketing, and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other HR tech tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-moving industry is a plus.
