    Description

    Responsibilities

    1. ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
    2. Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to organizational needs.
    3. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using various integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
    4. Workflow Configuration: Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
    5. Scripting: Write and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.) for custom functionalities and automation.
    6. Data Management: Manage data within ServiceNow including configuration management database (CMDB) setup and maintenance.
    7. Reporting and Dashboards: Create and configure reports, dashboards, and analytics in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
    8. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and custom applications.
    9. Documentation: Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow development and maintenance.
    10. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
    11. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.

    Qualifications

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    2. Experience: Minimum X years of experience working with ServiceNow development, with at least X years in a senior or lead role.
    3. ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
    4. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development including UI customization, business rule configuration, and workflow development.
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and components such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, etc.
    • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques and tools.
    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc.
