    Description

    JobRequirement: We are looking for a seasoned person whowill drive strategic partnerships and drives the business acrossthe ecosystem through the partners. This individual will be ourambassador with the external ecosystem identify and executeprograms with strategic partners (Online Marketplaces LogisticCompanies Enablers aggregators & Omni channels).

    Roles andResponsibilities: Develop and drive partnership for Indiacultivate relationships source sales from partners
    Identify key drivers for the business that enables effectivepartnership leading to
    Business growth; deliver resultsfrom a profitability/brand perspective
    Identify prospectand close complex partnership arrangements that deliver real valueto the business
    Structure winwin propositions execute;document them with various internal & externalfunctional
    Scale business partnerships with leadingsolution resellers/ partners to cultivate & drive penetrationof our services amongst leading brands/accounts
    Understand partner business models and products to developpartnership strategies and execute the plans.
    Negotiateall required commercials with the partners and closeagreements
    Coordinate with internal teams for assistingin partner enablement activities

    Ability to takeownership and drive things also should have great knowhow ofdrafting the agreements in accordance with companys contractguidelines policies and as per legal limits.

    Ability tothink and react in a highenergy fastpaced environment
    Good organizational skills including prioritizing scheduling timemanagement and
    Meeting deadlines
    Theindividual will also be responsible for driving all externalpartnered marketing/promotional partnerships for the Unicommercebusiness.
    This highly visible role has direct exposureto senior leaders in and outside; it requires highly developedthoughtleadership relationship management and
    strategicnegotiating skills.
    Work crossfunctionally to ensureoperational excellence with our partners
    Keep abreastwith industry trends within the domestic & globalmarket.
    Provide effective and efficient postsalessupport to our partners
    Create effective mechanisms tofeed back the customer and partners needs to the product team toenable continuous improvement and innovation in products andservices

    Skills &Competencies:
    High energy andenthusiasm
    Willingness to build a career ininstitutional cum educational sales. Domain knowledge of L&Dproducts and solution
    B.tech MBA or PGDM or anyequivalent degree or diploma will do. Proven new business development skills within a similarrole or educational industry
    Proven experience inmanaging and negotiating large complex business developmentinitiatives from start to finish
    Basic finance knowledgein terms of P&L Commission matrix and
    Ability tobuild strategies marketing plans and learning frameworks thatdeliver value to the partner and end user (candidate).
    Engaging with senior management CXO levels and having soundfunctional knowledge of Sales and Service functions in a direct andchannel set up and drive
    enrolment for thecourse.

    Prior experience in Educationalsales and training Marketing & strategy is an addon Have consultative skills act like aconsultant/advisor or an edu business consultant.

    Effective communication & interpersonal skills includingcoordinating with support functions like Operations training cumdelivery placements finance legal etc
    Ability to trackand understand competitive activity relevant to industrysector
    Good presentation skills
    Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
    Ability toselfmanage and prioritize workload

    Networking Skills& should be Open to travel Pan India (70% inside sales &30% field) which may vary as per the business need.
