- Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling.
- Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress.
- Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Knows how to cross gatekeeper
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Prior experience into Outbound Sales or Telecaller or similar role.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers with good command over English can apply.
- Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point (UK process)
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
