    As we diversify our offerings across various travel verticals, we are establishing a separate operating unit to consolidate these endeavors. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead this venture.

    Job Overview

    This role involves integrating various units such as Travel Related Representations, DMC Collaborations, Outbound Tours (including FIT and Groups), MICE, Cruises, Customized Travel Experiences, and other related segments.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Establishing and managing the separate travel unit.

    Identifying and fostering strategic partnerships with travel entities to offer comprehensive solutions.

    Building and leading a reservation and sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

    Cultivating relationships with key management across all travel-related support segments.

    Collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

    Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies.

    Monitoring sales performance metrics, tracking progress against targets, and driving continuous improvement.

    Driving innovation and creativity in sales and marketing approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

    Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Ideally, 12 18 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a similar focus, and a deep understanding of today's travel dynamics.

    Strong existing relationships with key travel partners and verticals.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

    Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
