Job summary

We are looking for a hands-on Customer Support Manager to own end-to-end support operations across channels (calls, chats, and email). This role is responsible for CSAT, SLA adherence, and team productivity.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Customer Support / Service Operations
  • 3+ years managing frontline support teams.
