    Senior Manager - Corporate Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for various functions within the organization.

    • Utilize a 360degree approach to enhance the brand through internal, external, and digital communication channels.
    • Create, edit, and proofread content for various communication materials, ensuring effective messaging for events, initiatives, announcements, updates, and campaigns.
    • Establish a consistent master narrative for the brand's representation internally and externally.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify compelling stories and engage in effective communication.
    • Enhance existing communication channels such as Workplace and newsletters to maintain dynamic and engaging content.
    • Collaborate with leaders to generate impactful ideas and initiatives for leadership communication.
    Coordinate and align with internal processes to ensure seamless execution of communication deliverables.

    Develop and manage a small team, ensuring high productivity and accuracy.

    • Execute town hall meetings and other significant organizational events seamlessly.
    • Foster a strong relationship with the Global Communications team to drive impactful initiatives.
    • Manage public relations and external branding by identifying opportunities for media intervention.
    • Create a branding plan for company spokespersons and oversee executive branding efforts.
    • Oversee the organization's digital channels, including the website and social media, including content and strategy.
    • Collaborate with the Strategy lead to develop compelling stories about the organization's growth for both internal and external audiences.

    Education / Experience / Key Skills:

    • 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, branding, leadership branding, and crisis communications.
    • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Communications or a related field preferred.
    • Strong strategic content development skills with an understanding of the target audience.
    • Strong negotiation and consultancy skills.
    • Creative skills including brand and design knowledge, and experience in writing and producing video content.
    • Understanding of campaign requirements, stakeholder engagement, industry trends, brand impact, and communication metrics.
    • Ability to analyze and strategize internal initiatives for awareness, engagement, adoption, and recall.
    • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
    • Processoriented with the ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
    • Prior experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in technology and pharmaceutical sectors.
    • Knowledge of external communications, social and traditional media is advantageous.
    • Previous experience working with PR, creative agencies, brand agencies, or media houses is helpful.
    • Certification in Strategic Communication is a plus.
