Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Project Lead & Technical Architect to lead and manage complex warehouse operations projects. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise in WMS and AS400 systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical personnel.<\/span><\/div>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>- Lead and manage a team of junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to warehouse operations projects.<\/span>
<\/li> - Work directly with business users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting warehouse operations and prevent business losses.<\/span>
<\/li> - Prioritize multiple incidents effectively and ensure timely resolution.<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide innovative enhancement/fix ideas to minimize production issues and support new development and system enhancements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Design and develop technical solutions using strong functional knowledge of WMS and PKMS applications.<\/span>
<\/li> - Utilize extensive experience in AS400 production support,<\/span> maintenance,<\/span> and new development,<\/span> including proficiency in RPG/400,<\/span> RPGLE,<\/span> CL/400,<\/span> CLLE,<\/span> and DB2/400.<\/span>
<\/li> - Leverage expertise in design and label development using MarkMagic tool.<\/span>
<\/li> - Lead and manage projects within an Onsite -Offshore working model.<\/span>
<\/li> - Maintain strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.<\/span>
<\/li> - Minimum of seven years prior professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in the business process industry.<\/span>
<\/li> - Successful completion of at least two full life cycle implementations of an ERP system.<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong communication and presentation skills.<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.<\/span>
