    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead, Marketing & Partnerships to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you'll take ownership of developing and executing high-impact marketing and partnership initiatives that fuel brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and propel Assembly Luggage to the forefront of the travel industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop & Lead Marketing Strategy: Craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.

    Forge Strategic Partnerships:Cultivate and manage impactful partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, media outlets, and relevant marketing channels to amplify brand reach and drive targeted traffic to our webstore.

    Navigate the Evolving Landscape: Continuously explore and implement new digital marketing channels to maximize brand discovery and sales generation.

    Lead Public Relations Efforts: Spearhead Public Relations (PR) activities, proactively pitching stories to media outlets and fostering relationships with PR agencies.

    Ecommerce & Fintech Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic alliances with top affiliate networks, FinTech players (e.g., Slice, Cred), and leading banks (e.g., HDFC) to enhance brand visibility and unlock new revenue streams.

    Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative and results-oriented marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure continued growth and success.

    Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing).

    Extensive experience in building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver tangible results.

    Demonstrated expertise in Public Relations, including media relations and brand storytelling.

    Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing best practices and familiarity with leading marketing automation tools.

    Experience working with FinTech companies and integrating financial services into the customer journey (a plus).

    A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.

    Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

    Passion for the travel industry and a deep understanding of traveler needs and preferences.
