• Configures, deploys, administers, and maintains Avient's global cloud collaboration service and infrastructure environments, including but not limited to:oSharePoint Platform AdministrationoOneDrive Platform AdministrationoTeams Platform AdministrationoDigital Cloud Workplace SupportoCloud Policy ManagementoCloud Voice Systems
• Provide project management for complex collaboration integrations, installations, and upgrades.
• Ensure that the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Avient's global cloud services are maintained and continually improved.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all relevant issues identified through monitoring platforms, calls, service desk, and vendor generated tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
• Act as a liaison between appropriate end users and all other IT Teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Provides documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles.
• Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors.
• Participate in the IT strategic process and/or service needs.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision within global virtual teams.
• Follow instruction to achieve a high-quality outcome.
• Flexibility to work within global regional time zones, including to participate in off hours support and weekend on-call status.
• Potential global travel up to 10%.Other duties as assigned.#LI-GM1Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• - 7 years of professional experience supporting installing and configuring appropriate systems listed above.
• Leadership experience should include both project management and coordination of others' efforts.
• Appropriate Cisco Administration or Engineer level certifications required.
• Advanced Cisco or similar industry certifications are a benefit.
