- Configures, deploys, administers, and maintains Avient's global cloud collaboration service and infrastructure environments, including but not limited to:oSharePoint Platform AdministrationoOneDrive Platform AdministrationoTeams Platform AdministrationoDigital Cloud Workplace SupportoCloud Policy ManagementoCloud Voice Systems
- Provide project management for complex collaboration integrations, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure that the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Avient's global cloud services are maintained and continually improved.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all relevant issues identified through monitoring platforms, calls, service desk, and vendor generated tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
- Act as a liaison between appropriate end users and all other IT Teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Provides documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles.
- Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors.
- Participate in the IT strategic process and/or service needs.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision within global virtual teams.
- Follow instruction to achieve a high-quality outcome.
- Flexibility to work within global regional time zones, including to participate in off hours support and weekend on-call status.
- Potential global travel up to 10%.Other duties as assigned.#LI-GM1Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- - 7 years of professional experience supporting installing and configuring appropriate systems listed above.
- Leadership experience should include both project management and coordination of others' efforts.
- Appropriate Cisco Administration or Engineer level certifications required.
- Advanced Cisco or similar industry certifications are a benefit.
