Role Expectations

1. Plan, design, develop and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data.

2. Should have experience with configuration/customization of portal and built in applications

3. Bridge the gap between the Technical & Functional Team

4. Strong in Documentation with experience of working in an Agile/Waterfall based delivery model

5. Experience in SQL / My SQL / NoSQL / Big Data database, Excel VBA, integration technologies with other applications is highly preferred and an added advantage

6. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize value addition to the Customer as well internal to the Organisation

Responsibility Expectations

1. Needs to interact with clients, product managers, and developers in order to envision, model and provide initial models and designs that can be built. This role also may cover the meeting potential or current customers.
   
2. Identifying business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project
   
3. Contribute the process design knowledge the system architecture and each individual component of the system at a high level
   
4. Participating in discussion to choose the technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components
   
5. Understand & communicate functional requirements for the required Business Logic, Workflow and Business Process changes in technical and user-friendly language
   
6. Gap analysis of the requirements and providing inputs on the solution designs
   

7. Prepare and maintain documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, application training materials and user manuals in compliance with legal and regulatory authorities

8. Estimate resource and record management requirements and create plans, timelines, milestones, user approvals, charts and reports for use in managing an assigned project

9. Resolve any functional queries for the delivery team and ensure that the Customer Expectations are met

10. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required

11. Monitor the progress of delivery and provide status updates to the Reporting Manager with immediate escalations for any Project Risks or Challenges on a Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly basis, as the need be

12. Control over timing and deadline

13. Draft user test cases - functional & technical for Testing

14. Do performance quality control test with the help of test cases on the solution built and prepare reports

15. Resolve technology solution problems, disputes and make trade-offs

16. Contribute in Continuous Improvement Projects within the Organisation and help in streamlining internal processes
