This is a fully hands on role where you will work closely with various stakeholders to bring in new idea to reduce effort optimize ways of working understand process flows and test requirements ensure high quality on time delivery Apply extensive automation experience to lead the automation test pack creation execution and maintenance Take ownership for automation outcomes continuous improvement Build relationships with other scrum teams to understand integration testing possible areas of risk regression testing required Partner with peers across disciplines Software Development DevOps Strategy and Architecture to ensure on time and on budget delivery of quality resilient solutions Supports team members across geographical locations Identifies key improvements continually help drive efficiencies Fosters culture risks issues managed lowest responsible level communicating collaborating team members Works closely Development Product Business Analysts Software Engineering functions ensure high quality on time delivery Collaborate wider automation teams build share technical expertise capabilities skills through regular feedback knowledge sharing coaching Communication key stakeholders development teams technical solutions Convince present proposals way high level solutions end users stakeholders High learning adaptability demonstrating understanding implications technical issues business requirements operations Qualifications Any Graduate Full time.
