- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Implement content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and report insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter & Google to meet specific objectives, such as brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, including customer acquisition costs, ROAS, CTR, engagement rates, and retention metrics.
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Support the marketing manager in the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations of the team.
- Provide input to the design team to work on various marketing collaterals and take charge of proof-reading all the designs.
- Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Experience Requirements:

· Business level fluency (written and orally) in English (American dialect required).

· Candidates with experience of building employer branding will be preferred.
· Certifications in social media marketing or Facebook Blueprint will be an add on advantage.
