    Job Responsibilities:

    Your primary job responsibilities will be:

    Social Media Marketing:

    1. Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
    2. Implement content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
    3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
    4. Monitor social media channels for engagement and report insights to the Marketing Manager.

    Social Media Advertising:

    1. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter & Google to meet specific objectives, such as brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
    2. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, including customer acquisition costs, ROAS, CTR, engagement rates, and retention metrics.
    3. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

    Administrative Tasks:

    1. Support the marketing manager in the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations of the team.
    2. Provide input to the design team to work on various marketing collaterals and take charge of proof-reading all the designs.
    3. Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
    4. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers as directed by the Marketing Manager.

    Experience Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a relative field.

    · Business level fluency (written and orally) in English (American dialect required).

    · Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing with proficiency in social media advertising platforms and a track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

    · Candidates with experience of building employer branding will be preferred.

    · Certifications in social media marketing or Facebook Blueprint will be an add on advantage.

    · Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

    · Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.

    · Positive and can-do attitude

    · Highly trainable and organized.

    Preferred Experience:

    · Preferred experience working at a CPG Industry

    · Worked for International Clients or MNC
